Africa: Sir Charles Udoh resumes office as Commissioner for Culture and Tourism, promises to make Akwa Ibom a tourism hub

In his effort to make Akwa Ibom State a tourism hub, Sir Charles Udoh has resumed duty as the Commissioner for Culture and Tourism in the state by visiting different directorates and having one on one interaction with staff where he solicited for their corporation to ensure his lofty ideas for the state is actualised.

He made mention of his desire to revive the Akwa Ibom State museum and the Art directorate adding that Akwa Ibom State will participate in activities partaking to Art and Culture.

Arriving at about 8:45am,Sir Udoh was satisfied with the warm reception given him, having met all Directors and Heads of Department in their various offices as the Director of Adminstration and supplies covering duties for the permanent secretary Mr Anthony Isonguyo took him round the various offices.
