“This year’s carnival will be bigger than in 2017,” said the marketing head of Bandung Tourism Agency Aswin Sulaeman Utama, Friday, April 27.

The carnival will be started at 12:00 until 16:00 local times. The participants will march along Jl. Cikapundung Barat, ABC, Lembong, and then head back to Jalan Asia-Afrika. “It will begin in front of Savoy Homann Hotel,” Aswin said.

The participants, Aswin mentioned, are the representatives of cities or regions from all over Indonesia. In addition, various communities such as Jember Fashion people as well as communities from 10 countries including Vietnam, Thailand, Korea Selatan, and Jepang will join the carnival with the theme “Respect Diversity”.

During the carnival, several roads will be diverted particularly in the square of Bandung.
