Ghana’s leading carrier, Africa World Airlines, (AWA), has further increased its domestic flight operations in the country with 4 daily return flights each to Kumasi and Tamale from Accra in addition to twice weekly flights to Takoradi.

The airline in a statement said the additional flights will ensure that people with essential travel needs can choose between a range of flight timings throughout the day to best complement their business schedules.

It said convenient connecting flights via Accra are also available between all domestic points.

“Every AWA flight continues to operate with industry leading safety protocols, part of AWA’s commitment to the “Fly Safe, Fly Confident!” program that prioritises the well-being of our passengers, crew and staff.”

AWA has consistently increased its domestic flight operations in the country following the ease of the coronavirus lockdown by the Ghanaian government.

The airline had put in place strict safety and health measures to ensure that passengers flying with it are safe and secure during it flights.
