Aviation: West African Carrier, ASKY to commence flight operations to Luanda, Angola

Togolese and West African Carrier, Asky Airlines is set to its route network as it commences flight operations to Luanda, the capital of Angola.

According to a statement by the airline, it will operate 3x weekly flights from its hub in Lome to and from (Luanda, Angola) effective 01 August 2023.

Asky said Angola will have seamless connection to ASKY’s vast network covering all of West, Central and South Africa markets with three direct weekly flights effective August 01st, 2023.

It said the flights from its hub in Lome, will be operated on LOS LFW LAD – Monday, Wednesday, Friday and LAD LFW LOS – Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday

It added that these flights will be operated using a Boeing 737-800 New Generation (NG) aircraft and are already available for sales.

The airline recently signed a lease agreement with Irish aviation leasing company for two B737-Max 8s for deliveries in mid-2023 as part of its ongoing network expansion.
According to atqnews.com the first aircraft will deliver to the airline in June 2023, followed by the other in August.

It said passengers can proceed with their bookings and purchase their tickets from any ASKY City/Airport ticketing offices and on its website.
