Chairman Calabar Carnival Commission, Gabe Onah has congratulated Senator Florence Ita Giwa on her Doctorate Degree. Ita Giwa was recently honoured with a degree award in Political Science by the Executive Council Board of the University of Calabar for her many contributions to the political development of Nigeria.
