Chinese Giant HNA advertises for New CEO for Ghanaian AWA airlines

Chinese Giant HNA Group is seeking for a seasoned Chief Executive Officer for Africa World Airlines (AWA), a Ghanaian based carrier.

According to an online post on linkedin.com, the group which is the major shareholder in the airline is in the hunt for another helmsman to replace the CEO, Mr Chen Luo.
HNA Group is a Fortune Global 500 company and a leading enterprise group headquartered in Haikou, China with core businesses spanning across aviation, holdings, tourism, capital and logistics.

Africa World Airlines Limited is a Ghanaian airline company with its head office in Accra, Greater Accra, Ghana, and its main hub at Kotoka International Airport in Accra.
Africa World Airlines was incorporated in 2010. It is a joint venture between Hainan Airlines, China-Africa Development Fund, Social Security And National Insurance Trust (SSNIT), and Strategic African Securities Ltd (SAS) Finance Group.
