The WTN Tourism Summit in Bali, Indonesia saw the launch of the biography Alain St.Ange – A Life in Tourism. The event which was held on the 29th of September had the island’s dignitaries and tourism professionals in attendance.
Among the dignitaries during the book launch was the representative of the Bali Governor H.E. Mr Fadjar Hutomo, Mrs Mudi Astuti, Head of WTN Bali Network, Dr Peter Tarlow, Head of Tourism & More Consulting (USA), Juergen Steinmetz of eTN News and the known SunX & envoy for Sustainable Tourism Centre Jeffrey Lipman. Alain St.Ange would later go to present a copy of the book to each dignitary.
On the 2nd day of the WTN Bali Summit Alain St.Ange presented Drs. Vinsensius Jemadu, the Indonesian Dep Minister for Tourism Product and Events in the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy also with a copy a the book.
The Author of the Book is Pascal Viroleau of Reunion Island and the Editor Kanis Dursin of Jakarta.
Alain St.Ange is a known and highly respected tourism professional who worked in the tourism private sector and also was the Head of the Seychelles Tourism Board before being appointed Minister responsible for Tourism & Culture and later Minister of Tourism, Civil Aviation, Ports & Marine of Seychelles.
He is now a days a respected tourism consultant and a sought-after speaker on the Speakers Circuit for Tourism, Sustainable Tourism Development and Aviation.
