A new visa regulation by the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has imposed age restrictions on Nigerian travelers, allowing only those aged 45 years and older to apply for visas.
The updated requirements aim to streamline visa processing, while adding new stipulations regarding financial documentation, family applications, and supporting visas from other countries.
In a document sighted by Atqnews.com, these six items were listed as mandatory:
1 Passport data page and passport picture with white background
2 6-months bank statement
3 Hotel reservation and flight ticket
4 Single applicant (Above 45 years and above)
5 Family application. One of the applicant must be 45 years or older. Marriage certificate (If applying as a spouse). Birth certificate or court affidavit (if applying with children)
6 Additional valid Visa – A valid visa copy of either US, Canada, UK or Schengen Visa can help support your application.
