Esperanza Adjei, the Sales and Marketing Manager, Alisa Hotels, Ghana has won the coveted Africa Travel 100 Award which recognises exceptional women in the travel and tourism sector.
Esperanza is a Sales and marketing professional with over 13 years working experience in the hospitality industry.
Esperanza started her working career with Golden Beach Hotels where she had supervisory role over the travel trade segment, assisting with prospecting and growing of the business from the Ivorian and Nigerian markets.
She rose through the ranks to the position of Sales and Marketing Manager. She is currently with the chain of hotels; Alisa Hotels group in Ghana as Group Sales and Marketing Manager. Her portfolio comprises growth of the brand as well as prospecting new markets.
She planned and supervised as part of a team that officially opened the newest addition to the hotel Chain, Alisa Hotel Tema.
She holds a master’s degree in Management and Administration, following her degree in French and linguistics all from the University of Ghana.
She has travelled to Benin and France all on a year abroad exchange program that has exposed her to cultural diversities.
She is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana and an alumni of Achimota School. She is married with 3 children and loves to read and travel.
