IBTM World, the leading international trade show for the meetings and events industry, is set to welcome a new wave of exhibitors from across the globe for its 2025 edition.

According to IBTM, returning to its iconic home at Fira de Barcelona from November 18 to 20, the event has already seen significant interest from exhibitors.

Exciting new event suppliers from the USA, Latin America, and Sweden are set to make their debut at this year’s event. Alaska’s largest city, Anchorage, will attend for the first time, as will Colorado-based Sage Hospitality Group. This year marks Panama and Peru’s first appearance, and Singapore’s loft-inspired designer hotel, Millennium Hotel and Resorts, will make its inaugural appearance.

Meanwhile, Sweden’s two largest cities are set to join forces at the show this year. Gothenburg and Stockholm will co-exhibit in a joint metropolitan stand, showcasing the best of Sweden’s leading meeting destinations.

IBTM World will enhance its focus on the event technology and services sector, with several key organisations in attendance for the first time. These include Dryfta Event Tools, an event management platform from the Netherlands; Slovakian-based Tron Event Agency, which supplies stunning LED technology for events; Parthen Meeting Services from the Netherlands; and all-in-one events platform, vFairs.

From the Middle East, Dubai Business Events will return with a larger stand, and the UAE’s fifth largest city, Ajman, will exhibit for the second time, along with additional partners.

Making the most of IBTM World’s Hotel Pavilion feature, a dedicated space for independent and small group hotels to showcase their offer, will be Obvio Hotels, Millennium Hotels and Resorts, Regnum Hotels, and The Palm Experience Hotels, among many others.

Claudia Hall, IBTM World Exhibition Director, said: “We’re delighted to see so many new destinations already confirmed for this year’s event. With preparations well underway and host of exciting new show elements in the pipeline, we’re thrilled to witness the event’s continued year-on-year growth.

Welcoming prestigious exhibitors from across the globe offers a diverse range of options for attending Hosted Buyers and visitor buyers and reinforces the strength and global reach of the business events industry.”
