The President, Tour Operators Union of Ghana, (TOUGHA), Yvonne Donkor, has been named among Africa’s Travel 100 Women Award.
Yvonne Donkor is a highly accomplished and seasoned professional in Ghana’s tourism and travel industry, boasting over 20 years of expertise in administration, tour management and strategic communications.
As the current President of the Tour Operators Union of Ghana (TOUGHA), she leverages her extensive experience to drive the growth and development of the union.
As the Tour Director of Journeymax Travels, Yvonne has demonstrated exceptional leadership and management skills, overseeing the successful execution of numerous tours and travel-related initiatives.
Her dedication to the tourism industry has been marked by her long-standing membership and service to TOUGHA, where she previously served as General Secretary.
Yvonne also served on key committees, including the Membership Drive Committee and the Domestic Tour Committee, contributing significantly to the growth in TOUGHA’s membership and the successful execution of the union’s nationwide familiarization trip.
