The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) has introduced the Airport Car Hire Rank Management System (ACHRAMS), a new initiative designed to improve the regulation, coordination and efficiency of car hire services at the nation’s airports.
The system is expected to enhance operational standards, promote transparency, and ensure orderly management of airport transport services while providing travelers with safer and more reliable ground transportation options. ACHRAMS will also help streamline the activities of licensed car hire operators, improve service delivery and strengthen compliance with airport regulations.
According to FAAN, the introduction of the digital management platform aligns with its broader efforts to modernize airport operations, improve passenger experience and create a more structured environment for transport service providers operating within airport premises.
