Following the successful transformation of Ikogosi Warm Springs Resort into a sought-after getaway destination, Glocient Hospitality is poised to expand its footprint into major cities across Nigeria.
The concessionaire’s next phase of growth aims to replicate its remarkable achievements at Ikogosi, bringing high-quality hospitality experiences to urban centers nationwide.
The firm which is a subsidiary of Cavista Holdings is at the verge of acquiring another property in the nation’s capital Abuja and is setting its eyes on other major cities like Lagos and Port Harcourt.
The General Manager, Glocient Hospitality, Mr. Lanre Balogun who disclose this to journalists at the resort in Ekiti State said the firm is about acquiring a major property in Abuja, adding that it is 98% on finalizing the details of the contract.
He said: “We are closing in on a property in Abuja. We are just finalizing it before we bring it to the public. We are on the closing stage but we can’t disclose that now. We want to finalize all the documentation before we make it known. We are 98% on finalizing the details, so it is almost done.
