Nigerian airline Ibom Air has released its 2024 operational scorecard, highlighting its performance in punctuality and schedule adherence despite industry-wide challenges.
According to the report, Ibom Air achieved a 78% on-time performance (OTP) and an 80% schedule reliability rate, reinforcing its commitment to efficient service delivery.

Out of 9,582 scheduled flights, the airline successfully operated 9,155 flights, with 1,977 flights experiencing delays exceeding 15 minutes. Additionally, 1,365 flights were rescheduled, while 427 flights were canceled throughout the year.

The figures reflect Ibom Air’s ongoing efforts to maintain reliability in Nigeria’s aviation industry, where flight delays and cancellations remain a concern for travelers.
The airline’s management reaffirmed its commitment to improving service quality and enhancing passenger experience in the coming years.
The airlines has a fleet of 9 aircraft: five (7) Bombardier CRJ 900 and two (2) Airbus A220-300 and operates to seven destinations, six destinations in Nigeria and Accra, Ghana.
