Black Stars captain Asamoah Gyan, who doubles as chairman of Baby Jet Airlines, has paid a courtesy call on Minister of Aviation, Cecilia Abena Dapaah.
The recent visit was to enable Gyan to brief the sector minister on the preparations towards the operationalisation of the airline.
Mr. Gyan was accompanied by Nana Yaw, Co-Chairman of Baby Jet Airlines and Sammy Annim Addo, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Gyan Investments.
The Minister expressed her appreciation for the visit and encouraged investors in Ghana and beyond to consider investing in Ghana’s aviation industry.
She told her guests that the country’s aviation sector is thriving and that there were numerous investment opportunities in the industry.
The Minister said government was committed to making Ghana the aviation hub in Africa.
