A triple-certified tourism professional with NCAA, NANTA and NATOP credentials, Noela has been recognised among Nigeria’s Top 100 Tourism Personalities and honoured in the Naija7Wonders 2024 Tourism 100 Club. She has also shared her expertise on international industry platforms, moderated a panel session at WTM Africa 2026.
Her professional experience extends beyond tourism. A UK-educated professional with an MBA from the University of Wales, she is a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach, Trainer, Mentor and Speaker, bringing extensive experience in leadership, people development and business growth from her career with multinational organisations including Coca-Cola and The Walt Disney Company.
She also serves as a Non-Executive Director at Source Microfinance Bank and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Directors (CIoD), Skål International, (Christ Church, New Zealand Club) and a Training Committee Member, Skal International.
