The Zambia Tourism Agency (ZTA) will be hosting the Zambia Travel Expo (ZATEX). The EXPO will be held from 2nd − 4th May 2019 in Lusaka, Zambia.
The main aim of hosting ZATEX is to create a common networking platform for industry players in the region as well as the global tourism industry. This gives companies the unique opportunity to create valuable business relations that will enhance marketing activities.
Zambia Travel Expo (ZATEX) is a ‘must attend’ tourism Fair initiated by the Zambia Tourism Agency (ZTA) working in partnership with the private sector and other stakeholders. The Zambia Travel Expo (ZATEX) has rapidly developed into one of the most formidable and respected tourism fairs in the Southern African region and the most important platform for marketing Zambia’s tourism product.
“Our vision, working with tourism partners, is to develop ZATEX into one of the most effective networking platforms in the Southern African Region within the shortest time possible. In this regard, ZATEX seeks to invite only those buyers and media personnel that will exceed the expectations of the sellers. ZTA intends to bring in at least fifty (50) hosted buyers from United Kingdom, France, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Turkey, Japan, India and China as well as South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Kenya and Tanzania from the African region.”
