North African carrier, Royal Air Maroc, (RAM)has voted has the best airline in North Africa according to a survey carried out by Global Travel.
A report by new.in-24.com, noted that in the survey, RAM also ranked fourth among the best airlines in MENA, Middle East and North Africa, behind Etihad Airways, Emirates and Qatar Airways.
The GT Tested Reader Survey is a benchmark survey of the premium aviation and tourism industry. It is organized by Global Traveler, an international monthly magazine aimed primarily at business and tourist travelers, the Moroccan company said in a press release noting that around 20,000 magazine subscribers voted for the 18th edition of the “GT Tested Reader Survey.”

This new recognition confirms a series of awards recently received by Royal Air Maroc. In 2019, the Compagnie Nationale was elected by Skytrax, for the sixth consecutive year, best regional airline in Africa. The company also maintained its 4-star Skytrax label. Highly coveted by airlines, this award is a world benchmark in the air transport sector.
The 18th edition of the “GT Tested Reader Survey” also awarded Oneworld, of which Royal Air Maroc has been a member since 2020, the title of best global airline alliance for the 12th consecutive year, says RAM, stressing that the distinction reinforces leadership of this Alliance.
