After operating in the hospitality industry for over ten years as Le Meridien Hotel Ibom, the hotel has now metamorphosed into Ibom Hotel and Golf Resort.
According to a press release by the management of the hotel, it is committed in delivering quality service for which the hotel is known for in the industry.
The hotel said it intends to maintain and strengthen all the good aspects for which it is known for adding that it will continue to improve on areas of weakness and in order to meet the needs of its clients.
The stated that more than 90% of its staff remained with the hotel adding only two new staff joined the brand.
The hotel stated that its General Manager, Ronald Stilting is a seasoned professional in the industry who accumulated experience in the sector.
According to the release, Stilting come with over 30 years’ experience in hotel management with 8 hotel openings in 6 African countries. It stated the seasoned manager has worked in Rwanda, Ghana, Liberia, Tanzania, Kenya and Nigeria.
The 5-Star hotel sits at the top of a rich palm forest vegetation in the capital city of Akwa Ibom State. It is some minutes from the Akwa Ibom Airport.
Ibom Hotel has rooms decorated with lush essence and comfort. They are categorised into Executive Room, Honeymoon Package, Deluxe Room, Junior Suite, Executive Suite and Diplomatic.
